Navy Only Online Social Groups

If you are a Navy Veteran and just can't get enough forum socializing on our Yahoo Discussion Group, here are a couple more places to join!

Navy Vets is a new social network that includes space to create your own blog, plus upload videos, music and photos. The site owner has assured me that Navy Vets will remain free of charge. It will be supported by ad revenue as membership builds, and any excesses will be donated to Navy Veteran causes. Washtenaw crewmembers and family/friends, be sure to click on "Commands" and join the USS Washtenaw group.

US Navy - TogetherWeServed has been around longer, with over 300,000 members, is free to join but you will be limited to reading the forums unless you pay to upgrade to full membership, or recruit more members. Your membership will begin with a free 30 day trial period of full membership. It allows a much more detailed personal profile, and the uploading of photos.
